I have downloaded Troubleshooter twice but it hasn't been able to fix my problem -- see the attached screenshot. I have this exact same problem. Windows has tried and failed instaol times to install this and it's trying again. It keeps uninstalling it just after it installed it during restart saying that it was unable to do so and is now uninstalling.
Now it's trying to install it again. I have tried the troubleshooter fix and even though it says everything is fixed, the problem persists. I have intsall everything I can find. Hours upon hours. Microsoft needs to be held accountable for some of these things, as some things they do are criminal.
